How can I book my shipment with Miles Express?
You can request your pick-up electronically through our web site or contact our customer care team by phone. Your shipment can also be dropped off at our premises.

What is the maximum weight and size of package I can ship through Miles Express?
We recommend that for consignments moving through our express services each piece should not exceed 30 kilos in weight. Our Logistics team will be able to guide you better prior to arranging method of shipment etc.

When will my shipment arrive?
As MILES EXPRESS provides various methods of a transport, transit time will depend on the type of service agreed upon.

How can I monitor my shipment?
We adhere to keeping constant updating of our tracking system. Shipment status can be viewed on our electronic web site www.milesexp.com

Are there any restrictions and/or limitations in terms of value and contents?
By viewing the Tips icon on our web site, a guideline of prohibited items can be obtained. It is recommendable however that whilst enquiring/booking your shipment with us, the exact commodity/value is identified. Whilst reserving our rights and obligations to carry out physical and electronic security checks we cannot be kept liable for booking cancellations due to false declarations on the part of the consignor.

What shipping documents are required?
As a guideline a detailed shipping invoice & a packing list are recommended. However as shipping goods to different destinations might necessitate different procedures it is advisable that this is discussed with our Operations/Logistics team at time of enquiry/booking.

What modes of transport are used by Miles Express?
Miles Express provides a network of air, ocean and land transport services.

Can Miles Express provide door to door service?
As long as this is agreed by all the interested parties in the transaction cycle goods will be picked up from senders’ location and delivered to the final destination.

Can Miles Express clear my shipments?
Miles Express is able to provide such a service and recommends that the consignor/consignee strictly adheres to the rules and regulations of the importing country.
