Prohibited items
We strictly adhere to Air, Ocean and Land transport regulations. Items that
are in any way subject to particular rules and regulations will only be shipped
once the necessary requirements are fully approved by the carriers. A few
commodities which are rigorously prohibited are;
Alcohol, Cash, Currency, Coins, Cigarette Lighters, Drugs Prohibited by Law, Firearms
and Accessories, Fireworks, Jewellery, Liquids, Live Animals including Birds, Live Plants, Reptiles
and Fish, Pornographic Material, Weapons and accessories.

Suspended services
Due to situations beyond our control at times, we are forced to suspend services
to certain countries. Our customer care team are continuously updated and
are able to provide you with such assistance.

Packaging
We are committed to delivering with speed and reliability. It is recommended
that the internal and external packaging is adequate for international transportation.

Volumetric weight
Volumetric weight depending on mode of transport will apply. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual gross weight this will be considered as the chargable weight.

Fuel + Security Surcharge
As a result of the consecutive increases in the fuel price index and security charges, from time to time,
we are bound to adjust these surcharges to reflect the actual market price.
